The aim of the Faculty is to produce highly skilled professionals and entrepreneurs in varied disciplines in Applied Sciences and Technology.

Objectives

  • To equip students with theoretical and practical competencies to enhance their employability and readiness for the world of work.
  • To provide top-notch and comprehensive training that develops and arouses students’ entrepreneurial inclinations.
  • To continually develop the expertise of teaching staff through knowledge sharing, capacity building and staff development programmes.
  • To conduct quality research relevant to community and national development.

DEPARTMENT OF AGRO ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

The AGRO ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT is one of the five (5) academic departments under the Faculty of Engineering.

DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

The department of COMPUTER SCIENCE  was decoupled from the Department of Building Technology in the year 2016 to train students in design, construction and management in order to fit into the competitive and dynamic profession of Civil Engineers. As a new department, the department is striving to produce civil engineers to help develop the country and beyond.
